The land owned by Farm Holidays complex of Savernano extends on a 20 hectares surface in the Florentine area of Valdarno, near Florence: 5 hectares of vineyards and 3 of olive trees; the remaining part is covered by woods and by the typical mediterranean vegetation. All B&B's rooms are large and spacious, with all comforts. We have chosen to furnish the rooms with antique-style furniture so that our customers can experience an authentic way of life in the Tuscan countryside.
The actual production of our vineyards is about 300 quintals of Chianti Wine DOCG, bottled to be offered to our guests as "House wine"; we also produce small quantities of "Vin Santo" and extra-virgin olive oil.
Our Tuscan farmhouse was built at the end of the 17th century. Originally it consisted of a stable, a kitchen and the rooms of the sharecroppers. In the years that followed, besides the rearing of livestock the family started, as is tradition, to produce wine and oil.

More infoFood service is offered to our guests for breakfast and dinner. We try to serve our clients genuine Tuscan products that are produced directly here in our estate, when possible. Weather permitting, breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace from which you get a spectacular view, and a sense of peace and tranquillity.
The Agriturismo Savernano covers a total area of about 20 hectares, of which 5 hectares are taken up by our vineyards and 3 hectares with our olive groves. The remaining part is covered by forests and Mediterranean Woodlands where you can enjoy perfect peace and, during warm evenings, see families of deers, wild boars and foxes.
There is also a lake on the estate where different aquatic birds and animals live. When walking around you will also encounter peacocks, swans, ducks, pheasants, hens, geese, pigs, cows, ponies and donkies.
We produce Chianti DOCG Wine and Extra Vergine Olive Oil that our guests can sit and taste while relaxing on the terrace that gives on to the valley.
