Our Tuscan farmhouse was built at the end of the 17th century. Originally it consisted of a stable, a kitchen and the rooms of the sharecroppers. In the years that followed, besides the rearing of livestock the family started, as is tradition, to produce wine and oil.
Our family bought the property in 1994 when it had been partially abandoned for almost 50 years. It had more or less been uninhabited since the Second World War. Our love for the place and its land and our search for high-value materials finally resulted in a splendid refurbishment which blends in perfectly with the surrounding environment. The farmhouse has been brought to a new antique splendor while keeping most of its original structure.

We also became popular thanks to the numerous positive reviews given by our guests on Tripadvisor. Since then, our family has always committed itself to improving the services to our guests by adding, year after year, new rooms and common areas in order to achieve the building and the amenities that you can see today.
As we wanted to follow the traditions of the locality all the way, we started to produce various types of meats and vegetables. We can now serve our guests fresh and seasonable produce directly from our vegetable garden.
We have managed to unite tradition and innovation, but at the same time take care that the land and nature are protected. In this way, we produce products of the highest quality that are always highly appreciated.
We have now been receiving guests from all parts of the world for over 13 years and we are always trying to make their stay a unique and unforgettable one, putting in the same energy and passion as we did from the very start. We always try and offer the hospitality of a typical Tuscan family with the comforts of a hotel at the same time. Many of our guests have become regulars and we are very happy to be able to call them our friends and not any longer our clients.
